WINE LIST CHANGES
We now have the Brut Rose on the wine list in place of the Blanc-de-blancs. There are still a few Blanc-de-blancs on the floor that can be sold. We have added the 2017 Wild Boar Petit Verdot and the 2019 Estate Hogback Mountain to the menu. The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is nearly sold out and has been removed from the menu. 2019 Wind Swept Hill has replaced 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon on the tasting menu.
FOOD CHANGES TVTR
We are now offering the option of adding a seared salmon filet to both salad options for an additional charge of $8. There is a separate button for adding the salmon filet in Wine Direct. The dessert menu has been overhauled and features some delicious new options (cookies are still available)!
- Butterscotch Bread Pudding (butterscotch, whiskey creme, anglaise)
- Eggnog Cheesecake (gingerbread crust)
- Chocolate Candy Cane Pot de Creme
We are also offering the following food specials in addition to the regular menu:
- Brussels Sprouts (smoked baby Brussels sprouts, romesco, smoked olive oil) 10
- White Beans & Edward's Bacon (white beans, Edward's bacon, fried egg) 10 [pairs really well with the 18 Merlot!!!!]
- Flat Iron Steak (7 Hills flat iron steak, bordelaise, blue cheese) 26

STW HEALTH SCREENING
Friendly reminder, this should be done prior to every shift before you leave for work. You all should have received an email from Jillian detailing our new STW Health Screening. Please review this email and ensure you are completing the screening each day prior to your shift. Thank you all for your attention to this!
